Hampton Park, Melbourne

Location: One of Hampton Park's convenient locations, walking to local shopping centre and Hallam train station, easy access to freeways and short drive to Fountain Gate shopping centre.

The home: Single 60+ old male owner (me) lives up stairs, there are other three house mates living in three bedrooms downstairs. They are excellent mature individualls working full time locally.
I am semi retired and stay home looking after the house and a few cats most time.

The room: It's a 4 bedroom house plus a decent an air conditioned home office at the rear end of the house, facing gardens. This picture is not the home office, for illustration only. I will update with the exact photos of the office once I finished furnishing it.
Following provisions for the people in need are:
- unlimited wi fi;
- kitchen cleaning consumerables;
- toilet paper rolls;
- free from house work and garden care, which are owner's jobs.

About you:
I am supplying temporary free accommodation for the most vulnerable people who is suffering from the consequence of the bush fire.
Preferrably you are an eldery female.
For the considerations of the existing hoursemates, I am accepting people who are healthy, both mentally and physically.

One in-yard car parking is available.
The room is 3x3m in size, a standard single bedroom size, not very big, so you are not expected to bring much of your furniture and personal belongings. The room will be furnished with very basic furniture.
However, the furnishing and stay length can be discussed.
