Hi Marcie (24) and I (23) are looking for another person (prefer femme) to take our third room. I work full time mon - fri at a local wholesaler and Marcie is a full time barista.

We’ve been friends and lived together for a long time but are new to this property, we want someone that has experience paying rent and bills and will be willing to go on the lease at request of the LL.

We’re easy going and social, we just want you to be on our level and clean :) you also need to like (not just tolerate) cats as we have an older girl Raven and have just taken in a playful little kitten named King Julian (no more pets sorry it’s too stressful for Raven)
