Its a fully furnished house with one ensuite room and 2 separate rooms with shared bathroom. It comes up with all the accessories such as bed frame, mattress, desk chair and drawers as pictured. The room has beautiful natural light as well. You have also ample space outside the house where you can dry your clothes as well after washing. The house is also equipped with solar panels which will definitely make electricity bills much cheaper.
There is a great outdoor area in the house where you can chill and play some sports. Street parking is available if you have a car. The rent does not include utility bills.
