• The house is fully furnished.
• Cooling and heating system for all seasons, beautiful backyard and garden with a deck.
• Unlimited internet and brand new kitchen.
• Some stuffs are provided and shared, including microwave, ovens, fridge, air fryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc but they need to be kept clean after use.
• 3 mins walking to 181 and 161 bus stop, 7 mins walking to 170 bus stop, and 4 mins driving to Werribee Plaza (7 mins taking bus). 6 mins driving to Hoppers Crossing Station, and around 11 mins taking the 181 bus. 4 mins walking to the nearest gym. 8 mins driving to Werribee Mercy Hospital, Uni Melb Werribee Campus and Victoria University Campus.
• No party and smoking in the house (outdoor smoking is ok), no pets.
