The perfect option for transport links to both the Caulfield and Clayton Monash University campuses, a 30 minute car/train journey to Flinders St Station, and Oakleigh Central/Eaton Mall are all only a 10 minute walk away with many great eateries and shopping opportunities.

There’s some lovely walking/biking paths nearby plus a gorgeous park just two minutes walk away.

The room measures 2.7m x 4.3m and, while there is no in-built storage, the room has plenty of space to add a bookcase or other furnishings.

The apartment comes fully-furnished with a washing machine and dryer, lounge room furniture, a heater in the main room, a dishwasher, a fully-functional kitchen with cookware/crockery, and more. The kitchen and bathroom in the flat have recently been renovated as well.
