I’m a working corporate professional looking for one flatmate to share my place in Hughesdale (South-East suburb). The available room is a spacious, fully furnished private bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe, in a convenient and friendly, quiet neighbourhood. The shared living areas receive plenty of natural sunlight, creating a comfortable home environment.

Chadstone Shopping Centre (Australia’s largest shopping centre, with everything you could need): 10-minute walk

Hughesdale Station: 9-minute walk

Hughesdale → Flinders Street: ~30 minutes by train

Monash University (Clayton campus): ~37 minutes by public transport

Rent & terms

Rent: $350 per week

Bond: 2 weeks

Minimum stay: 3 months

Notice period: 2 weeks

Move-in: around 1 week after confirmation

A bit about me: I enjoy learning and using different languages. I’m fluent in English and Korean, intermediate in Japanese, and can speak a little Mandarin.

I’m ideally looking for a full-time student or full-time employee who is quiet and respectful of the home and housemate.
