This share house isnt the typical of its kind in the way that it functions. I have added alot of extra features to make the place more comfortable, on the understanding and acceptance that other aspects of the home, such as the front and back yard have not been completed with landscaping and cant be used by tenants.
There is a list of projects to be completed in the future which include a large pool refurbishment, a sauna and bathhouse/ gym, and an outdoor entertainment and alfresco area.

About the flatmates
Hello (Future Possible) Housemate, I am seeking a friendly housemate (or 2) to join me in my 4 bedroom home. Couples welcome. The inside of the home has been recently renovated and is very large. I am in the process of installing a new kitchen, we have all brand new appliances, just awaiting the cabinentry to be made up.
We have high speed internet (1000MB down/80MB up), netflix account and a 60 inch TV in every room, as well as an electric fireplace. Bills are not included in the rent, gas, internet, electricity and water are on top, at equal shares of the bill. If you live in the house, you contribute equally towards it.
Rent is paid on the first of every month, paid in advance by the Calender Month (Rent X 52weeks ÷ 12months = Calender Month). When bills arrive I allow two weeks to pay your equal share. The Security Deposit is eqaul to 1 months rent. To move out, you simply tell me at the start of the month when you pay rent, and you will have your 4 weeks to move out, during which I will advertise the room again.
Prefer non smokers, as it will not be tolerated inside the property, and drug use is not accepted in any form. Alcohol is allowed, but please no drunken escapades.
Seeking calm and collected individuals who dont cause headaches or dramas. Social but not domineering, or in your face if you desire privacy.
Your friends are welcome to come over, though you are fully responsible for thier actions if and when they do spend time in the house.
As the owner of the house, and a housemate, I ensure that the home is a safe and friendly environment for all people. I choose the housemates carefully and wont tolerate any hostile or intimidating behaviour towards anyone else.
Myself and the other housemate have lived together for over 10 years, we have literally never had an issue together. Ideally we will find someone of a similar mindset to move in.
