Hello, I’m posting this ad because I’m offering this large room for rent in a highly sought-after and very quiet neighbourhood with an excellent location, as we are in Kooyong. Just a short walk from the shops on High Street, the restaurants on Glenferrie Road, the nightlife on Chapel Street, and very well serviced by tram lines 16 and 58 at the end of the street, as well as the train that takes you to the CBD in 20 minutes — this apartment is truly a rare gem in the area.

The room is available from Saturday, 13 December to Saturday, 3 January (I’ll be travelling during that time). You will be sharing the place for these three weeks with two housemates (both very discreet and respectful of the common areas) and a lovely small dog.

The price for the period is $1350, all bills included, and I’m not asking for a bond. The room will be prepared with fresh linen and towels, and you’ll also have a nice workspace if you plan to study, read, or work on your computer.
