Looking to share my rental house with either a single Female or Male with no attachments (kids or pets, have no room) Age does not matter, so long as you are employed and can pay your way on time. Looking for someone to move in from February 2026 onwards.

I will be posting pictures mid to late January but welcome inquiries, interviews and showing the property in person if requested.

Rent is $1890 per month so half of that, $945 would be your rental obligation, your half of the utility bills, gas, water and electricity and buy your own food. Internet, Netflix, Prime & Disney are also available for you to use at no additional cost.

You would have your own private room, your own bathroom and toilet. Shared areas are the loungeroom, dining room, kitchen and laundry. Everything is available to be used, all you need to bring is your bedroom.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in a dead end street. We do get a decent amount of foot traffic as there is a creek and playground near by. The house has a relatively new hot water system, new range hood in the kitchen, evaporating heating and cooling system which work really well. Low maintenance front and rear yard. Street parking available if you drive, public transport not too far away via Bus. Shops are a 10-12minute drive away to Melton Central but there are council plans to build a new shopping complex around the Coburns/Minns road area
