My name is Zach, 28yo Aussie Male with an Indigenous background.

I'm an AWU member and work fulltime at a local steel mill. I often work strange, long hours and rotate days/nights.

I'm the owner "landlord" but I'm a relaxed one.

I enjoy watching movies, playing video games, drinking whiskey, smoking cigarettes, politically incorrect jokes and going to the occasional music gig... Love grunge and metal but its not impossible to catch me humming along to Billie Eilish after a few drinks 🤣

I don't have any pets because I simply can't give them the love they deserve, I'm okay with pets. The property is ultimately better suited to small dogs and cats.

The property is a modern double story unit built 6 years ago(basically a town house). 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 2 car garage. 1 bedroom is currently used for storage.

Property is equipped with internal motion sensors, intruder alarm system, smart smoke detection system and an external camera system. (If you're tech savvy, would love to ask a few questions about security upgrades if you have time)

5 minute bus ride to Laverton station.

Currently property functions as a 2 bed 2 bath place with 2 private parking spots, I might try to set up 3rd bedroom in future but not a priority at the moment.

Bedrooms have BIR's and functional split system AC.

Property is equipped with the essentials: washer+dryer, oven/cooktop, large fridge, dishwasher, big couch etc..

The room I'm advertising has a bedframe and a mattress in it at the moment, that's about it.

The price includes rent and all bills, (Water, Elec, Gas, high speed Internet)

Tennant preferences:

Easier to list those who aren't suitable.

-People convicted of s*x or violent offences.
-Neo Nazis, white supremacists.
-Recreational drug users.
-People with radical ideologies relating to politics, religion and things of this nature.
-People on welfare.
