I'm looking for one last female housemate who is positive minded, considerate and responsible.

PRICE:

The price excludes bills (split bills): Utility (water + electricity), but unlimited internet is included.

I require 1 month rent as a bond ($920) and one month rent paid in advance ($920).

I'm looking for at least 6 months rent, if you are able to rent longer you will be given priority.
