- ABOUT THE HOUSE
The townhouse is 10 minutes by bus to the Victoria University campus in Footscray, 10 minutes walk to Highpoint Shopping Centre, which has great shopping, restaurants, cinema, and Woolworths, etc. Competitively priced 24/7 gym within a 5-minute walk. 20 mins drive to CBD area and 10 mins drive/ tram (82)/ bus (406 and 223) to Footscray Train Station.

You can take the bus outside the townhouse or walk 5 mins to the tram, which can get you to the nearest train station and then into the city in less than 30 mins, as well as being close to walking, biking tracks and nice coffee places that follow the Maribyrnong River. Bulk bill GP, great restaurants (Thai, Malaysian, Korean, Italian and desserts, etc.) and Aldi within 10 mins walk in Edgewater.

Google Nest Wifi is blanketing the house with high-speed WIFI (250MB). There is a shared lounge, decking, kitchen and laundry facilities (washer and dryer) that you are welcome to use.

- RENT
Room 2 (First floor bedroom) per floor plan: $200 per week ($866 per calendar month)

- BILLS
Bills (electricity, water, gas and internet) are $30 per week ($130 per calendar month). This is based on an honesty system. If the usage hikes up massively, we will review the bill split.

Plenty of parking is available on the street.
