About the property
This property is a three bedroom townhouse, located in the heart of Maribyrnong. Only a 3/4 minute walk to the Maribyrnong river and a 10 minute walk to Highpoint shopping centre.
On the bottom floor we have Graces' bedroom and the garage.
The middle floor is the lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry, single toilet and balcony. This shared space also has a split system air con & two wall mounted heaters. The laundry has a washer and dryer and the kitchen has a dishwasher.
On the top floor you will find your room, Mia & Chris’ room, the shared bathroom & a small landing/study area.
The bathroom consists of a shower/bath, toilet and a sink with storage underneath.
Chris and I also have a split system air-con in their bedroom, which we regularly leave on with their door open to cool down the top floor on the warmer days.
There are two sets of drawers from a previous house mate that you are most welcome to, the bedrooms also have ample hanging and storage space with big windows that makes the rooms nice and airy. The landing is currently being used as a temporary study area but happy to discuss the area being changed and shared with everyone in the home.

About the flatmates
You will be living with myself, Mia (26 F), Chris (28 M) (couple) and Grace (32 F).
We are all very kind and easy going people. In our spare time we like to watch our comfort shows, read books, play guitar, play games and spend time away camping and exploring.
As we all work full/part time we really value our space to be safe, relaxed and comfortable. We like to watch movies together every so often and share dinners and coffees occasionally, but also are often doing our own thing on the weekends or relaxing and winding down after work. We sometimes like to play games or do craft nights so would love to have another hobbyist join the house to be involved if they wanted.
I currently work in hospitality locally in Footscray, full/part time and looking to go into study this year. Chris works in landscaping full time and Grace works at VU, working from home approx 3 days a week.
Grace is a very kind a nurturing person who is great to have a chat with or a laugh about all things silly. Chris is very laid back and easy going and loves good brekkies and a beer in the sun. I love to hang out with pals but also really value my downtime and look forward to having time to read a book or watch a good show.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and tidy. We are seeking preferably someone 25+ who is either working or studying full/part time, that respects the space and cleans up after themselves, understands boundaries of a share house and wants a safe and comfortable environment to relax in outside of work or hobbies.
