Master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite with lounge room right next to bedroom .I have lived in this rental property for 7 years and have no plans of moving on, so long-term is available. With just myself and one other, the average electricity bill since June 2024 is $317.21 for 3 months and gas is $130.67 for 2 months with an internet/home phone plan at $110 a month. Has 2 living areas and a central dining area with an air conditioner, close to a gym, an indoor sports center and tennis courts, a skate park, netball courts, a football oval, and a country club. Bond is negotiable; the site just requires me to set an amount.
The room will be available once the current occupier has finished transferring stuff to their new accommodation, about 2/3 of the way done as of writing this. inspections available. Photos of room will be added after stuff removed.
