The house is a sprawling 4 bed-room house with 2 bathrooms, a lounge, living room and home theatre; the alfresco makes a nice sit out. There is plenty of off-street parking. The house is next to a park, with easy access to shops and the train station. Bundoora and RMIT are not too far.
