House is specious, quiet and clean. You will have your own corridor leading to your room and your bathroom including the toilet. You will share bathroom and toilet with only one person! Outdoor sitting area is newly refurbished.
My son and I live on another end of the house, and I have my own bathroom/toilet that my son shares with me.
Beautiful views and National parks full of kangaroos around. Perfect place for jogging.
Woolworth is only 10 min away by foot. Coles and Train station are only 5 min away by car and 15 min by foot. Easy access to CBD - only 10-15 min walk to Mernda train station. Mernda train lane operates every 5 min during the peak hours. South Morang Westfields only 10 min away by car. Mill Park Leisure Center only 12 min away by car.
We are looking for someone who respects other people and their space but doesn't mind a nice and warm conversation. I clean most of the communal areas myself including the garden, but we expect someone who cleans after themselves and their bathroom.
