Utilities inclusive of water, power, gas and internet (FTTP via aussiebroadband great to game with) are included in price for 1 person , home only 3 years old and the large spare bathroom is all yours to use.

Coles shopping complex is opening up on our street some time in 2026 so you could walk to the shops once that happens and there are bus stops on our street aswell.

Extra person (couple) would be an extra cost to cover utilities.
Discounted rate can be negotiated for fifo.

Relatively Quiet house, generally in bed by 9/10pm (maybe a little later on a saturday night if we are playing a video game with friends online but we are not loud as we have headphones in most of the time).

We have 2 large SENIOR rescue dogs (they look scary from outside but have big hearts and sleep most of the day). They may forget u are here and be startled the first few days in the mornings but do warm up quickly with plenty of treats and scratches). They are not able to access the upstairs area where bedrooms/bathrooms are.

We are a married couple in their early 30's who enjoy video games, binging shows, motorbike riding on sundays and travelling to japan. We both work full time with one person working from home and may need to take some calls so need to be respectful/ kinda quiet ish in the living areas during 7.30 - 5pm ish but isnt always on the phone, some days are just busier than others.

No Kids in the house as they arent for us. Would ideally like to start someone on a 3 month trial contract and if everyone is happy we can organise a permanent long term 12+ month option but would be open to communication should you circumstances change and need to finish up early.
