The room comes partly furnished with microwave, wardroves, shelves, kitchen utensils, etc. The room also has it's own isolated airconditioning. There is an undercover verandah next to your room that you can use at your leisure (see floor plan).
If required, my last tenant (who moved to QLD) wants to sell her fridge, couch and double bed all in good condition for $500 , Otherwise it can be removed if not needed.
