About the property
Available: Full block out curtains in bedroom, large bathroom, secure, off street parking and free internet, your own fridge (byo if you like). Lots of additional storage and security with electric front gates (and a dog).
Country living with town amenities.
As it's an equestrian property (25 acres) with horses so it's quiet and laid back but there are all the suburban amenities like local shopping centres, gym etc just down the road as we are on the edge of the large suburban development of Tarneit.
It is a large house on 25 acres with large kitchen with 3 entertainment areas so lots of area to have visitors.
Looking for people that are easy going and have their own lives but enjoy a casual chat over a coffee and participate in managing the house.
As I mentioned there is a large dog plus cats and horses, so you need to be enjoy being around them. No additional dogs, cats or other pets. Additional horses (max 2) at $50 per week each considered.

About the flatmates
I am looking for 2 reliable, self-sufficient flatmates. Adults that pay on time, do what they say they are going to do (or lets you know if something changes) and knows how to participate in managing a household without being asked (ie you take out the bins on your night without having to be reminded etc)
Share with mature female (moved from interstate) who is considerate of fellow flatmates, relaxed and friendly and will have a coffee and a chat or sit out on the deck with a wine to contemplate the universe. I am very busy with work (IT) and study etc. so I tend to be very focused on that.
With lots of entertainment space I am more than happy with visitors and the occasional overnight guest.
I like the house tidy and clean - but not neurotic - it is a rural property after all.
There is a large dog (maremma) and 3 cats and 3 horses - it's their home too. As an equestrian property it's a quiet, calm environment. Local shopping centres etc are just down the road we are on the edge of the large suburban development of Tarneit.
Open to another horse or 2 - $50 each per week. No other pets though - sorry.
