Looking for female housemate only
Sharing with 38 year old female housemate working full time.
House also shared with 43 year old male owner who will be working FIFO and be gone possibly 3 out of 4 weeks of the month. He occupies main room with ensuite.

Looking for someone who is easy going, respectful, clean and tidy, shares household duties and can be understanding of privacy.

Quiet household mostly both work and spend time at home. Must be ok with dogs as one lives at the property.

Ideally female close in age as we want the balance of house to be on same level and understanding of the other housemates routines and schedule.

Bills are shared evenly between the 2 or 3 housemates. Must help contribute to communal household items and cleaning. Some additional mowing and gardening duties may also be helpful to share.
