One bedroom and bonus large study (!) available immediately.

I'm looking for someone to replace me in our spacious home in Mulgrave. Have lived there for 6 years and can confirm it's a great place to stay!

The house is large and also has a backyard and nice alfresco area for BBQs or hanging out your washing. White goods are already there - fridges and washing machine and dryer.

This location would suit anyone studying at Monash University or working in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

ROOM(S)

You actually get two rooms for the price of one (bedroom + study)!

The bedroom can fit either a single or a queen bed. It can fit a small desk and a dresser as well with ease.

You are also welcome to occupy the study at the front of the house if you so wish. The study is suitable for use as a home office set up or alternatively feel free to use it as a spare room or for storage.

LOCATION

The house is close to many amenities and shops, including:
- Waverley Gardens
- Brandon Park
- M-City Monash
- Clayton shops and restaurants along Clayton Road
- Springvale markets and food
- Chadstone shopping centre
- Westfield Knox shopping centre
- Glen Waverley / The Glen

RENT
Current monthly rent for you will be $659 per month (approximately $150 per week).

From 20 April 2026, rent will increase to $691.75 per month (approximately $160 per week).

Bills are separate and we tend to split equally for ease.

Ideally you'll be willing to stay at least 6 months, but open to other enquiries as long as you're ok with a lease transfer.

You'll need to be someone willing to swap out with me on the lease (currently in all housemates' names) as I've recently purchased my own place.

Note: I've already paid for the lease transfer fee in advance with our agent so you will not be required to pay this.
