About the property
A amazing modern townhouse with Coles, bus stops, gym (or KFC and a bottle-o) all a 3 minute walk away. Each room has its own built in wardrobe a split system aircon. Great insulation and double glazed windows help keep the energy bills down.
A massive garage, room for one car (I don't have a car yet so won't be parking there.) and some storage or workshoppy type stuff. I'll probably have a bench down there for working on guitars. There's also a study room that I'm thinking of plans for.
Great location overall, at a good price, now looking for great people!
*Bear in mind, I've just moved back from New Zealand so the house will be empty while I furnish the main parts. If you have any amenities like a fridge, washer/drier, appliances, please reach out! Otherwise I will be getting the important stuff first and then hooking up internet etc.
