You have your own private bathroom with bath and separate powder room. I have a small storage shed out the back that you can store things in, plus limited cupboard space inside.

Rent includes utility bills (water, gas, electricity) and 250MB/s wifi/internet. Based on reasonable usage.

About the flatmates

My housemate is moving in with her partner, so her room will be available to rent from early Feb!

I’m a 39 year dad with a 7 year old daughter who stays with me Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. She is super well-behaved and quiet. We both live very cleanly (house is spotless; no messes or scattered toys etc). My daughter’s safety and comfort are my number one priority, so unfortunately I am only accepting female applicants. Sorry guys, stats are stats :(

I’m a people person and get along with anyone and everyone. Happy to provide references for my current and my previous housemates, who are both women and lived with me for a combined 3 years.

I work fulltime in disability support. In my downtime I like keeping fit and active, photography, playing musical instruments (when no one else is home), exploring outdoors/nature, movies, socialising and of course spending time with my little one.

Your level of interaction is entirely up to you - introvert or extrovert - my daughter and I are always up for a chat and comfortable sharing common spaces, watching movies together etc. But if you prefer to keep to yourself then that is completely okay with us too!
