Looking for flatmates who are easygoing but respectful, sensible, responsible, cleans after themselves especially after using common areas, pet-friendly (no additional pets please, my 2 cavoodles are enough for our household).
Non-smokers/vapers (outdoor/indoor) please.
No electric bicycles please for safety and due to house insurance.
We would like to maintain our home as relatively quiet as respect to residents.
The rooms are strictly for one person only and no visitors are allowed.
It will be a 3-people household once the rooms are filled.
