Looking for flatmates who are easygoing but respectful, sensible, responsible, cleans after themselves especially after using common areas, pet-friendly (no additional pets please, my 2 cavoodles are enough for our household).
Non-smokers/vapers (outdoor/indoor) due allergy.
No electric bicycles are allowed in the property.
No house parties as we would like to maintain our home to be relatively quiet as respect to residents.
The rooms are strictly for one person only and no visitors are allowed.
