About the property
It is a lovely and modern 2 bedroom unit, at the back of a very comfortable and quiet block of townhouses. Which makes it feel extra safe.
My sweetheart of a mum comes by once a week to help with a bit of tidy up around the house and I have a 4-6 week gardener to mow the back lawns ($40 each person)
We have great internet (only $30 each person) with great speeds. Two front door cameras for safety and security.
Your room has the option to keep the furnishings - queen bed and mattress, bedside table and built in robes.
The rest of the house is fully furnished with a lounge, tv, PS5, dining table, bar stools, desk, lovely oversized mirror and rugs, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you might need. We have gas ducted heating and 1 split system for cooling in the main living areas.
Lovely outdoor area where I have setup an outdoor table and umbrella - nice spot to enjoy a drink or read a book.

My name is Courtney, I am a 29 year old working professional, with two fur babies named Sunny and Cosmo. They’re very lovable and Cosmo will definitely come to have a cuddle if he’s welcome to. Our space is fully furnished and very well maintained and kept clean. I work from home 2–3 days a week and in my office in Blackburn the other two.
I have a partner who stays over occasionally but he’s a big teddy bear.
I am a pole dancer for fitness and fun, I enjoy going for a swim at the beach, and (very slowly) getting back into running again. I enjoy cooking - even for the household, never just for myself.
