About the flatmates
Hey there!
I'm Ayushi, 29, and a PhD student at Monash University (Clayton campus) as part of the IITB-Monash Joint Program. My weekdays are mostly spent in the lab—usually from 9 AM to 7 PM (subject to variation). I have already spent 5.5 months in this property.
Outside of work, I’m all about keeping active—yoga, gym sessions, Zumba, running, and I’m even learning to swim these days! After a long day at work I love winding down with a cup of chai!
I’m vegetarian (no eggs) and usually cook my meals at home. I like to keep things clean and tidy—especially in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom.
My flatmate, Vikrant, is my junior at work, a fellow PhD student. He himself is quite new to Melbourne. He is disciplined, quite and helpful. Since both of us are PhD students we are looking for someone who likes quite clean places.
On weekdays, we prefer quiet evenings to recharge, but we are always up for exploring the city and doing a bit of sightseeing or fun outings on the weekends!
