All the rooms are very well lit with large windows and all bedrooms have space for a twin to queen sized bed.
Despite being located on a main road, the house is very quiet and you're unable to hear the traffic.

Looking to keep this place a cosy home for all. To make things easier this means ideally no pets to keep things clean (given that there is carpet in the house) and reduce noise complaints but exceptions can be made.
Ideally you are quiet and independent and would keep common areas (i.e. living room, bathroom and kitchen areas) all clean.
On property parking would allow room for 2 cars parked next to each other. Otherwise side street parking is also available.
All bills are separate to rent.
