About the flatmates
I work in accounting and finance; I will be renting out my spacious Master room, and another Single room soon.
In addition to the master bedroom, there are 2 more housemates upstairs, one male works at retail; and another is to be confirmed (room for rent).
A couple downstairs, one works at a school, and another in IT.
Everyone is quiet, friendly, and very nice. You won't see them much due to everyone's different schedules, unless you want to strike a conversation, which they'd be happy to as well.
We are looking for someone, who is clean, tidy, responsible, considerate, and pays rent and bills on time.
