About us:
Myself and my bf are seeking a new flattie to move into the spare bedroom.

We are relaxed, can be social but also keep to ourselves sometimes. Always up for a good chat! We are pretty clean. I have 2 dogs, so you have to like dogs! Tilda is the small black and white dog. She is13yrs old and sleeps all day. Wick is 2 years old and is very energetic, but also loves his cuddles! Because I have 2 dogs, I need someone who is mindful of what they leave around and to not feed or leave food around for them to get. I have a baby gate that will stop them from wondering the whole house. They are usually outside, in the lounge with me, or in my room. As there are already 2 dogs here, I can not accept more pets.

About the space:
Your space- Your bedroom is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe. The Bathroom is a share bathroom. The bathroom will mostly be yours unless we decide to get someone else in the spare bedroom. We will occasionally use the bath and guests will use the bathroom when over. We don’t typically have a lot of guests.
Space in the front room/study for a desk if needed.
The kitchen has oven, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer, pots and pans ect.

Bills are not included in the rent and will be split evenly between the tenants. If a tenant moves out or moves in, it’s still always split between who ever is in the house at the time of the bills.

Bond is 4 weeks rent and required upfront when moving in :) Rent is paid on a weekly basis.
