- $1100pm / $255pw for a 3-month lease
- $1200pm / $276pw contract for a 1-month lease

- 2-minute walk to the bus stop

Your space:
A cozy room with a double bed, floor lamp, desk, study chair and shared shower with one other housemate.

Gas, water, electricity, and internet (just be mindful of usage). The house and room are fully furnished. Plus, we’ve got Netflix, Prime, a modern XL kitchen, a spacious dining area, and shared utensils and cookware.
