- $900pm / $207pw for a 6-month lease
- $1000pm / $230pw for a 3-month lease
- $1100pm / $253pw contract for a 1-month lease
Extra person add $250
Deposit $500 not negotiable. This price per person.

- 15-minute walk to Williams Landing train station
- 2-minute walk to the bus stop
- 10-minute walk to the Town Shopping Center with Coles, Wollies, Priceline, Post Office, TK Max CommBank, Tesltra, Optus, restaurants, and more.

Your space:
Cozy furnished room with a double bed, desk, study chair, and floor lamp. Shared shower with one housemate. Includes allocated pantry, fridge, and freezer shelf space.

Included:
Gas, water, electricity, and internet (just be mindful of usage). The house and room are fully furnished. Plus, we’ve got Netflix, Prime, a modern XL kitchen, a spacious dining area, and shared utensils and cookware.

Not included:
Please note the garage has limited storage, so it may not be ideal if you have lots of personal items or appliances. I’m very happy to share my appliances and keep things easy.
