Your New Home:

- 5 bedroom (so, 5-6 people max)
House Vibe: We're a group of young professionals who enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We value both social interaction and personal space. Occasional house gatherings (nothing too wild!) should happen at times.. may be once every 6 months.
Our House Rules (to keep things harmonious):
- No outdoor shoes inside.
- Weekly/fortnightly rotating cleaning schedule.
- No overnight guests for more than two nights without everyone's agreement.
- One month's notice before moving out, or find a suitable replacement.
- No smoking inside the house
- We prefer to use Splitwise to easily track shared expenses.
