About the property
We live in a good and quiet area where larger shopping centres are a 5-10 minute drive and the highway is a 5-15 minute drive (depending on traffic). We are also walking distance from a local IGA, gym and a few restaurants.
Your room comes with a queen bed, bedside tables, and a few shelves, or you can use your own bedroom furniture. There is also a walk-in wardrobe and walk-in shared bathroom.
note - this room is currently being used as storage, so the wardrobe and shelves will be cleared out before you move in.
We have a fully furnished house, but you are more than welcome to bring in any furniture that you may have. All that we ask is that you clean up after yourself, keep shared living spaces tidy, and treat us as well as our things with respect and we will do the same.
All bills will be split evenly between us (gas, electricity, water, internet).

About the flatmates
Hi! My name is Chloe (25), and I live with my partner Ryan (26). We have 3 rescue cats who are clean and toilet trained, they are also very skittish and anxious so they will most likely just avoid you, but with time, hopefully they warm up! We are very friendly people looking for another housemate or couple wanting to move in. Ryan is an Assistant Manager at a pet store, while I am a Support Worker and am studying psychology.
We are very clean, friendly, and fairly quiet people (although we don’t mind noise) both pretty introverted so we tend to enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a good chat over a cup of tea. We believe in open and honest communication to ensure a smooth living environment. During our free time we enjoy gaming, gardening, crocheting, painting and binge watching TV shows!
