About the flatmates
A fully furnished room is available for rent in a spacious four-bedroom house in Point Cook, perfect for a couple or a single girl. My wife and I live in the master ensuite, and if you move in, there will be a total of three or four people in the house.
You’ll have a separate bathroom and toilet, which are not attached to the room but are just for your use. They’re partially private—meaning if there are no guests (and guests rarely visit, maybe once in a while), only you’ll be using them.
The house is very spacious and comfortable. The room comes with a brand new bed frame, mattress, and bedside table—all unused. If you need a table, and chair I can get you one NP.
Rent includes electricity and Wi-Fi. Street parking is available. We’d love to welcome a friendly couple or single girl to share our home!
