I’m a full-time professional and I’m looking for a housemate who also has their own daytime routine (full-time work or study is totally fine). I’m clean, respectful, and prefer a calm, low-drama home.
I work out regularly at the gym about a 3-minute walk away. You’ll also have access to the building’s free gym and swimming pool, which are included in the owners corp/strata fees.
The neighbourhood is very quiet — mostly owner-occupiers and families — so it’s best suited to someone who enjoys a peaceful environment.
