I’m offering a master bedroom with private ensuite in a new, modern house in the point cook area, with a backyard.
Rent is $100 per week, and this includes all bills and water.
What makes the house a great place to live:
It’s a clean, modern home with a really good feel to it — comfortable, practical, and easy to live in. Everything is set up properly with all the necessities, and there’s a private outdoor area with a BBQ, perfect for relaxing, unwinding, or enjoying a quiet meal outside. The home is safe, secure, and well maintained, and overall it’s a calm space that feels good to come home to.
• I work a lot and am usually very busy most of weekends.
• A dog may be considered on request, depending on breed and nature (no cats unfortunately)
• I have two miniature dachshunds who stay at the house while I’m away working, would like someone that likes dogs and would be happy to pay if someone’s willing to help out walking them and looking after them while I’m not there.
What I’m looking for:

• No smoking or drugs in the house

A bit about me:
I’m a working professional and business owner with a very busy lifestyle. I train 5–6 days a week, eat well, and keep things pretty low-key. When I’m home, I’m usually just relaxing, doing a bit of housework, and enjoying good food.
