Hi! I’m a Queenland girl originally from China. I don’t live at the property, but I manage it and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Currently living in the house are two lovely long-term tenants: a friendly Thai girl and a young Aussie girl. They’re both easy-going, respectful, and settled, so the home has a calm and stable vibe.
My younger brother also lives at the property. He’s a Cantonese guy, very kind and easy to get along with. He looks after the place day-to-day, helps with check-ins and check-outs, and makes sure security and general maintenance are well taken care of.
Overall, it’s a relaxed, safe, and well-maintained home, and we’re looking for someone who’s respectful, clean, and happy to live harmoniously with others.
