The property is recently semi-renovated (new lights, paint, floors and fans/aircon). There is a ceiling fan in both bedrooms and a central split system for when it’s too hot or cold. The location is great, it’s really close to Eastland, Eastlink and both Ringwood and Ringwood East station (you can walk there). The area is quiet and in a very green neighbourhood with good neighbours (I never hear or see them). The room has a double bed, bedside table and lamp, ceiling fan and a triple wardrobe!

Hi I’m Kyle. I am 27yo and currently live alone. I have recently had a flatmate from Thailand just move out after 4 months sharing the house together, we got along really well and she said she was sad to leave! I love to cook, am very active, I like my alone time but also am happy to chat or hang out. I’m very easy going overall, I like the house to be tidy but am not over the top about it. I don’t have many visitors and usually only family anyway. I do have a dog that lives with me during the weekdays, and then goes to my mum on weekends. She’s a very friendly border collie. I work full time and have a mixture of WFH and being in the office.
