I am Bernadette and l have a room available for a housemate to Share. You will have a private bedroom with built in wardrobe with mirror doors and TV aerial and ducted heating and cooling in bedrooms and living/kitchen.

The house is two bedrooms. The bathroom, toilet and Laundry have been renovated and modern. It is a shared bathroom which comes with a glass shower screen and an IXL heat light. There is a gas stove and electric oven, as well as dishwasher in the kitchen. Have 5g and unlimited downloads. Smart Tv in living room with following streaming: Netflix and Britbox

I am close to La Trobe University and there are beautiful parks and walking tracks around the local area. If you love going to Sunday market, La Trobe uni has a great one, full of fruit and vegies and cheaper flowers and plants and doggies stalls and other surprises.
There is lots of public transport very close. The Rosanna Train station less than 5 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop just around the corner.

You have to like dogs as Bodhi lives inside. He is a mini Groodle who is a happy and playful dog. Everyone who meets him, loves him especially Bunnings staff. He is very good with his toilet training and doesn't go inside. He's a Groodle so doesn't shed hair so the house doesn't smell like dog.
He will bark when he needs to go outside, We regularly have local bird life visit the backyard, Bodhi will bark at cockatoos and Lorikeets sometimes when they come for their meals on seeds but he's mostly sleeping and not barking much. Does like playing with squeaky toys sometimes though!

I am a friendly, kind and social person. I love the company of other people and would enjoy spending time with you as well as giving you space when you need it. non smoking/vaping and No recreation drugs too. I am looking for clean and tidy people. I like housemates to pay the rent and bills on time.
