The car space is on the street and is very safe. Rosanna parklands are a short walk along with the Macleod village shops, the new Rosanna Woolworths and the train station is a 10 min walk.

I’m Brooke, 32 yrs old. I’m in my final year studying naturopathy. I work from home and also as a support work/ professional cleaner. I’m a creative and make candles & skin care products from studio space set up in the garage. I have a senior French bulldog (Rufus) who’s my shadow and loves pats and people. This home is not suitable for any other animals sorry!
I enjoy reading, cooking, board games nights and crafting. I’m empathetic, caring and sensitive at times as I’m neurodivergent. I respect others space and am house proud. The house is fully furnished already so ideally you’ll come with just a bedroom of your items. There’s loads of storage space and all appliances are modern including central ducted heating/ air con. Ideally looking for a professional or someone who works full time, has a great rental history, doesn’t party, do drugs or smoke please.
