Our room 3 (photo 8,9 and 10) is available as from 10/12/25.
Our rooms are all currently occupied by young working female women and students, whom are all friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. We hope to find a tenants with similar qualities and values.
All of our rooms have AC unit for your comfort.
Ideal location. It’s 5 mins walk to Ginifer train station, and bus stops. 7 mins walk to Sunshine Hospital. 7 mins drive to get on Western Ring Rd freeway. Close to schools and St Albans shopping, library and restaurants…
The house is clean, fully furnished with medium size bedrooms (all with BIR). All rooms has a study table/bench and a chair. A medium size kitchen and dining area, which lead to a roofed outdoor dining/chilling area. A big green backyard.
Rent is internet and bills inclusive (capped at $70 per person per week).
