About the property

🌟 Hey everyone! 🌟

My housemate and I are looking to rent out a cozy room in our house for only $165 a week (utilities included!). Bond is $660.
We’re in St Albans – just a 20-minute walk to the station 🚉 and 5 minutes to the bus stop 🚌.

Perks of living here:

Super fast internet ⚡

Close to public transport, shops & amenities

Big backyard 🌳

A large shed (perfect for hobbies or extra storage)

Shared Costco membership (yes, you can come along!) 🛒

Spacious living room with a TV & PlayStation 5 🎮

Who we’re looking for:
Someone who’s studying or employed, mature, clean, and friendly – someone who’ll enjoy the space and the good vibes.

Next steps:
If you’re interested, send me a message and we can organise a time for an inspection. If you like the place, we’ll grab a coffee ☕ so we can get to know each other better. From there, if it’s a good fit, we’ll lock in a move-in date!

Looking forward to hearing from you! ✨

About the flatmates

Housemates:

Taufik – Works full-time in warehouse operations. I’m usually pretty quiet, enjoy chilling and watching animes in my room annd always up for a friendly chat in the shared spaces.

Nick – Works full-time from home for a government enterprise. He likes his space and is happy to be social or help out when needed.

Alexander – Our very chill (and slightly quirky) housemate who spends most of his time napping and bird-watching from the cat tree 🐾🐦.
