I’m out of the house for about 10-12 hours each day along with Conducting Furniture/Cabinet Jobs in the Garage. Good local markets and plenty of food options nearby. Safe area, good neighbours, we all kind of keep to ourselves.

About the flatmates
I like my down time after work, enjoy cooking and odd bits and pieces around the house, I do crafting in the garage. I keep a simple existence, not overly tidy or messy, just kinda normal really.
The front and rear yard require a bit of work to maintain, hopefully you would be keen to lend a hand on a nice sunny day with this. Currently making improvements to the benefit of a Second tenant.
