Hi! I’m David, working full-time and pretty easygoing. I’m clean, respectful, and like keeping the house calm and tidy. I’m not a party person — more into gym, sports, relaxing, and doing my own thing after work. I’m looking for a peaceful place with housemates who are friendly but also respect each other’s space.
I dont get the house untill February 6th. There are 3 rooms for rent. There is currently no one there except me. The rooms can be furnish or unfurnished. No pets. Two of the rooms have BIR and the other dont. -- Bills included, except electricity --
