Im offering a room in a 4 bedroom townhouse. Its very spacious and the bedroom you will have is downstairs with its own ensuite and walk in robe. The other bedrooms including mine is upstairs so that way its like we have our own privacy. Its a fairly new home and im flexible with furnishings if you have your own furniture for the bedroom your more then happy to bring it and if not I can furnish it as well. I work full time and long hours and leave pretty early in the morning so if you work from home youll have the whole place to yourself during the day and its a very quiet street as its a court. When I dont work I like going to the gym if I can or just relax at home and on the weekends I see my daughter or go out in nature or do something exciting. Im very easy going and laid back and and hopefully I can find a housemate who's a bit the same. I like keeping the place clean and tidy and as long as we clean up after ourselves it should be all good. Single person rent will be $380 per week and couples $420 a week. Wifi and water bills is included but electricity and gas will be split in 2.
