My name is Damian (30 years old). I have a spare room with private ensuite available at my home in Scoresby. I purchased the house back in 2020 and spent about a year completely renovating it inside out. I've had the house rented out up until now. I made the decision to not renew the lease with my tenants and will be moving in mid November. It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a big living area. I'm easy going and generally get along very well with everyone. I work full-time as a sales representative and most weekends I'm away from home, camping, dirtbike riding or jetskiing.
