I have a Large kitchen and lounge room and dining area, huge backyard with veggie garden. Plenty of off street parking and a large shed for storage and a bbq.

The rent is 1,000 a month including wifi, and utilities paid on the first day you move in.

$100 on the house keys which is returned with one months notice.

Any breakages are to be replaced at your expense.
