We are a couple living in a two-bedroom apartment. My partner is a local Australian, and I’m from Taiwan. We both work from home from time to time, so you may see us around quite often 🙂

We love cooking, so we might invite you to join us for dinner sometime if you’d like.

We’re looking for a flatmate who:

Has no pets

Enjoys keeping things clean — we take turns cleaning every week

Is willing to share the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and balcony

Is happy to take off shoes after entering the apartment

Is preferably female

Is preferably a student

Does not bring strangers home

Does not host parties

Does not smoke (sorry, we can’t tolerate smoking)

Is respectful and considerate of others

📍地點：Southbank (在Crown VIP entrance正前方）
📍房型：兩房一衛一廚房一陽台
📍交通：近Flinders station, 走路到公寓約10-15分鐘，tram 58 可到公寓前方
📍出租的房型：出租雙人床房，共用浴室、客廳和廚房。公寓有泳池和健身房可以使用。
📍房租：$400/一周 （包含家具、水電網費用），我們有很多煮飯的用具，也歡迎使用！
📍租期：從1/31後有空房，prefer 長期租，短期租也可以。
📍我們是誰: 我之前是台灣留學生，去年剛畢業，目前從事行銷相關工作，每週兩天在家上班，和我同居的是我的澳籍男友，他和我一樣偶爾會在家工作，所以會有很多機會看到我們，他很會做飯，而且很喜歡多煮，所以不介意的話，可以一起吃飯😋

📍找室友條件：

1)不抽煙，抱歉我真的無法接受煙味
2)沒有寵物，公寓不方便有寵物
3)愛乾淨整潔，願意每週輪著打掃
4)願意共用衛浴、廚房、客廳以及陽台
5)願意脫鞋進屋
