About the flatmates
I am owner (professional male) and live mostly out of town and only use the apartment 1 to 2 nights per week. There are two spare rooms each with dedicated bathroom.
The price is $580 per week including bills for the entire room.
Ideally, I’m looking for a quiet female student/working who is happy with limited guest and maintaining a very clean apartment. This is a peaceful respectful environment :)
