Cleanliness and hygiene are really important to me and I hope my roommate will have a similar level of attention to tidy maintenance as myself.
The upcoming lease will be 12 months (ending 11/11/2026), any new roommate can be added to the lease once approved by the landlord/property manager. You should have no problems if you have a history of being a considerate and respectful tenant.
The apartment also has a car space entitlement. As I don’t currently have a car (and am not seeking to get one in the next 12 months), it’s yours if you want/need it.

You will be sharing the apartment with myself (25-year-old male), I work full-time in a work from home role. Privacy is important, with your own room and having an ensuite, you will have your own space for calm and solitude, I am very understanding of that, while the main living area will be a shared space.
I am a friendly person who loves conversation and values communication with my roommate(s). I hope that we will be friends, as it is a 12-month lease and it will be great to get to know the person I’m living with.
I also go for walks/runs everyday after work (feel free to join me) and hit up the building’s gym and pool/spa facilities when I can. On weekends, I like to get out and enjoy the scenery by myself or socialize with others.
I am a big lover of sport, I watch AFL footy religiously, cricket, tennis, and American sports as well. You don’t have to share my love of sport but it’s a bonus if you do.
