You will be living in one of the best locations in the city as it's close to the crown hotel (7min walk), South Melbourne Market/ shopping centre (12min walk), and tram stops (2-3min walk). The bus stop will only take a 4-5walk from the flat; public transport will be a walk in a park! 😊
The great thing about the apartment is you will only be sharing it with me alone. The apartment is spacious and cozy!
To be specific about the room for rent, you will have your own private room and own bathroom (as shown in the photos). The room has a double bed, bedside table, and a huge wardrobe. Basic things will be provided for your comfort; just bring your luggage with you! (i have a very limited space for other stuff, so i prefer someone who is minimalist as my apartment is tiny and honestly everything needed is provided)
Bills and internet are all included in the rent!
The flat has a great view of the city, has a rooftop(covered) pool, and a basic gym and sauna. There is also concierege and woolies metro (opens until 12am) on the ground floor!
I can't offer you a parking space unfortunately. But there are a lot of street parking around the area.

I'm opening this lovely, homey, simple, and convenient flat to anyone who is interested in living in the city centre.
Starting date: 12th January 2026
A bit about me though, Im on my thirties working in a hospital. I'm very tidy, reliable, quiet, and underscores respect for privacy! P.S. I also love spending some time over wine, movies, and or playing videogames with my housemates (and future housemate/s). Most of the time im at work (working 5-6days/week); during my free time i work out or just sleep/watch series in my room.
I'm really easy going! I'm hoping to share the apartment with like minded people and practices the habit "cleans as you go", and who is happy to follow a cleaning schedule!
'More importantly, he/she will hopefully turn out to be good friend/s as well! :)
Take note: I'm keen for a flatmate that can share the place for 6months or so 😊
